Station Layout Examples

Here are a few drawings I made to illustrate new cabinet designs for vintage equipment. Each of these cabinets is designed to be installed with rear access. My current plans for a new shack call for these units to be located 24 inches from the wall. This allows easy access to the cabling.

All electric power is run to the cabinets in conduit with Wiremold outlets installed along the back edge of each shelf.

Each of the drawings below can be downloaded as a .pdf file by simply clicking on the image. Use your own imagination and adapt the ideas to your own particular needs. Use good quality materials in the construction!
